Shipping and Delivery Policy

We process all orders Monday through Friday (i.e. normal business days).  We will process and ship the same business day if received before 2pm cutoff, or next business day worst case. 

Tracking Numbers

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.   

US Mail or UPS Delivery

Most orders ship via USPS First Class (under 1lb) or Priority Mail (over 1lb). 

Larger / heavier orders may ship via UPS Ground.  We typically search for the best (lowest) shipping prices for each order -- small and light items typically ship cheaper via USPS while larger and heavier items are more cost-effective via UPS.
